What is Wheel?
Cyr Wheel: Is a single large metal wheel apparatus covered in thin pvc
Gym wheel: Is a large metal apparatus made with two wheels covered in pvc connected with bars and foot pedals
Cyr wheel and Gym (German) wheel are acrobatic wheels used to perform fluid movements such as spins, turns and tumbles. These wheels are tools used in both competitive events and for artistic performance.
With over 30 cyr wheels in varying size we are one of the only facilities in the US with a dedicated youth and adult cyr wheel program. Wheel acrobatics is a fun and engaging activity and is recommended for all ages and abilities. Children as young as 3 years old are welcome to join. No prior experience or background is needed to try out!
